1950s Inspired Cherry Dress

I made this a while ago based on a 1950s reproduction pattern. The bodice is lined and mostly hand stitched to the outer shell, and the skirt is unlined. I have a small petticoat on under it in the picture, the bodice is pinned (my mannequin is lacking in the breasticle department), and as much as I wish those pearls were a belt, they're just there to define the waistline.
